What photos can I enlarge?

Any of your treasured photographs can be submitted for enlargement.  The larger and sharper the image, the better the outcome.  Remember that the small marks and scratches on the photograph may be magnified - but we'll do our best to clean these out.  Avoid pictures with dark shadows or backgrounds as they will tend to look blotchy on print.  We will return your photograph together with the enlargement in the mailing tube.

What fine arts can I enlarge?

Any of your treasured fine arts can be submitted for reproduction/enlargement.  We encourage you to send us only a digital file of the fine art you'd like us to reproduce, for obvious reasons.  BroadPrints is NOT responsible for copyright issues.

Will I have to send back the same file or photograph for a re-order?

We keep your files  in our database for 30 days from the time that they were submitted.

What is your cancellation/return policy?

An order cancelled within a 24 hour period is subject to a 5% transaction fee.  After 24 hours, the cancellation fee is 20%.   An order that has already been processed and where services  have been rendered cannot be cancelled.
